The 2020 IPL edition was scheduled to be played on 29th March to 24th May 2020. But the BCCI has made a decision to defer the game till 15th March due to the Coronavirus. On Saturday, the BCCI office-bearers and the GC members are expected to meet the team owners and other stakeholders.
As per the source, BCCI’s decision will put the rest thoughts and uncertainty around the league for a short span and will allow the board time to take a more informed decision on the format and venues.
